Online Consultation Policy
1. You can cancel or reschedule your consultation free of charge up to 24 hrs before the start time. 2. The latest you are allowed to book a consultation is 12 hrs before the starting time. 3. Cancellations of less than 24 hrs before the consultation or no-shows will be charged a 100% fee. 4. If you cancel your consultation, allow us 10 working days to reimburse your funds.
